declined to comment. vick lee, 7 news. >> richmond man will spend the next 22 years in prison after pleading guilty to holding a relative at the sex slave. 5 52-year-old raul pleaded got one count of forced lewd act with a child and 2 counts of forcible rape. prosecutors say repeatedly ripped a relative then 12 years old in apply wood shed he built on the back yard of the home. this ordeal went on for 15 years. until siblings con inconvenienced the girl to escape in 2012. se will be formally sentenced february 11. >> well it has been a long time since we have seen this. bay area finally getting rape for the first time in weeks. better than nothing but it will do very little to ease the drought. >> thinks unprecedented. we have never seen conditions like this up in northern california. >> in the short-term we shall we are work to go get funding from the president. >> governor brown says drastic time call for drastic measures

get and much more on the way. spencer here with a first look at the weather. not exactly a drought because tivrment you are right. not a drought buster but we will get some moisture tonight. in fact some moisture arrived already you can see right here. bulk offshore at the moment and no doubt there are so many damp spotsal the coast line but no one is recording actual measurable rainfall yet in our official reporting station so loop radar you can see this mass of moisture is moving eastward toward the central part of the by area and likely some showers sprinkle or light written during the date night overnight hours. but the rainfall total last couple days pit fun. few hundredths inch here and there. up to a tenth in the inland location east and south by not nearly enough to have any kind of bring any kind of relief to the drought situation. here's how dry we are rain fall deficit shows that san francisco need nearly 11 and a half inches to get up to the normal level to this point in the season. santa rosa need nearly 11 inches.

volunteers took this video of eviction in early january. as soon as the bear is out, the opening to the cruel space are sealed so it can't come back. but this can be hard open a hybernating bear that is suddenly homeless >> a lot of people feel really bad that it was their fault that the bear is in there. they left the trap door open or whatever. they forgot. >> some people will let the bear stay. with the help of expert volunteers. first they examine the area under the house to make sure the bear can't damage anything or worse get in the house itself. location of the houses and names of the owners are kept secret to protect both the bear and the people so we were not able to talk with any of the homeowner. bear league check on the bear all winter long. this time ann is letting abc 7 news producer go along. >> quietly go in to the location and crawl underneath for very short time just shane the flight there and make sure he's okay. make sure he's still in the same place. doesn't seem to be irritated. and still in hibernation this
